    Many people there truly care about the health and experience of the members of the community. Strong focus on equality and BIPOC issues

    Cons

    Very hard for them to keep pace with much larger companies, continued reductions seem likely as the years tick by. There are a lot of lifers there, which makes it hard to make any changes to the way things are done - hence they lose good people after 2-3 years due to lack of overall career trajectory / opportunities
